Q. What happens to my phone once it is picked up?

You receive a SMS & email confirmation once your mobile has been picked. Your phone is then dispatched to our workshop where it is diagnosed and repaired.

Q.How much does charge for its repair service? charges Rs. 299/- for diagnosis. This is collected at the time of phone pickup.The price you see on the website is inclusive of this service charge and this gets adjusted in the final invoice. In case of any additional charges, customer would be intimated before mobile servicing is begun.

Q.What time does it take for mobile to be repaired & delivered? gives two days repair service for touch & LCD replacement select devices. For the actual time of repair for your device please talk to our representative.

Q. Is there a warranty on the repair service undertaken by ? provides a service warranty of 90 days from the time mobile has been delivered for select screen/LCD repairs. Warranty for other repairs is 30 days. The warranty covers the service issues which were fixed by Warranty doesn’t cover any breakage/damage caused by external environment after a mobile has been delivered.

Q. Is there a service charge on JustLikeNew warranty repair??

There is no service charge on concerns/complaints regarding repairs that are raised within 3 days of delivery of product. However, we charge a nominal service fee of Rs.299 as service/labor charge if the complaint is raised after 3 days post-delivery.

Q. How safe is my mobile/tablet with guarantees the safety of your electronic devices by providing security insurance and undertaking blanket responsibility against any possible theft/loss caused while the mobile device is in its possession. However please note physical damage to screen often results damage to other components (sensor, motherboard, etc.) and won’t be held responsible for issues which are discovered during the process of repair. Repair/diagnosis of device might result in minor wear & tear, hence the device might not be returned in as-is state.

Q. Is the fee waived if my phone is in warranty provided by manufacturer? would charge the same amount irrespective of your phone being in original warranty period or not.

Q. Are the digitizers, displays and other components replaced on smartphones original and supplied by phone manufacturers?

Not all components replaced on your smartphones are procured from manufacturers (Samsung, Apple, Sony, etc.). We ensure speedy delivery and economical costs by procuring from suppliers that in some cases are not original equipment manufacturers. However, all parts are quality tested and are of high grade, due to which we are able to offer industry unmatched warranty of 90 days for our repairs.

Q. Is authorized service center? is an independent operation where smartphones are repaired by experienced professionals and is not a company authorized service center.

What about the data on my phone?

While we take utmost care in ensuring there is no data loss, repair of mobile/tablet might entail formatting of device and the company will not be responsible for the loss of saved data/contact information. Please take appropriate data backup before submitting your device.

What if my phone is not switching on?

Mobiles/Tablet handed over in switched off state would be treated as dead mobile and the actual cost of repair would be confirmed post diagnosis. Rs.299/- would be charged for diagnosis and this amount is non refundable.

We arrange for a free pick up of the device and post inspection at the time of pickup you will be given instant cash.

What cities is this service available in?

Direct pickup and instant cash is available only in Bangalore and Hyderabad. For all other cities we arrange for device pickup through our logistics partner. After receiving the phone, we do an inspection to check whether it matches your evaluation or not and post inspection the money is transferred to your bank account. In case of any discrepancy we inform you about the change in the quote before proceeding with the payment.

Is there any service charge?

The device pickup service is absolutely free of cost. You don’t have to pay anything from start to finish.

Is the price quoted the final price for the device?

We reserve the right to change, modify or cancel our quote at any time, if device is

  • Not matching the condition you stated on
  • Please note the offered quote is valid for maximum of 7 days from the date of request. Any further delay because of your unavailability will result in new quote based on the market prices.

What all do I need to submit at the time of pickup?

Please keep your phone (with accessories / box if applicable) ready for pickup. All phones that are being sold to us should compulsorily be accompanied by self- attested ID proof at the time of pick up.

What about the data stored on my phone?

You must back up and store any data you wish to keep from your product and remove any personal information before you sell to us. By selling to JustLikeNew, you agree to release us from any claim or liability as to the product, the data stored in such product. JustLikeNew is not responsible for any loss suffered by you due to any data that is not erased from the device and obtained by a third party, or any loss of data after you submitted your product to us.
